Well, what a memorable match this was for our team with the game ending at six goals each. Today we played Terrigal 6, who scored their sixth goal right on full time, and we played in the rain all game with the pitch nice and muddy (which the kids loved) . Our captian this week was Taylor who tried hard all game and made some great tackles and dribbling attacks during the game, WELL DONE Taylor. Our goalkeepers were Thomas in the first half, who made some great saves, and when playing on the field in the second made some great defensive tackles kicking the ball out, and made some great dribbling runs towards the goal, WELL DONE Thomas. Our gaolkeeper in the second half was Daniel who also made some great saves. In the first half Daniel made some great dribbling runs towards the goal and was unlucky not to have scored. Daniel also made some great tackles disposing the opposition on a number of occasions, WELL DONE Daniel. Grace and Lachlan also made some great tackles and dribbling runs during the game and contributed to the teams great overall performance. Lachlan was a little ill today but still made an appearance and played a full game. Lachlan and Grace continue to progress every week increasing their involvement in every game. Both showed some great little dribbling runs today which is joy to watch as a coach and manager, WELL DONE Grace and Lachlan. Another great improver is Cooper. Today Cooper played a great game, he showed some great dribbling runs towards the goal and was very unlucky not to have scored on three to four occasions. He showed great control of the ball turning towards goal whilst dribbling, only to have his shot saved by the keeper. Coopers first goal is nearing closer, WELL DONE Cooper. A special mention today is for Isaak. Isaak scored all the six goals for his team, and showed great improvement in his dribbling and tackling skills. Isaak showed his pase in dribbling past his opponents and finished his goals with great intent. Isaak also made some great tackles during the game and continues to improve every week, WELL DONE Isaak. Amberlee and Alejandro were not available today.
